Vendor Policy

1. Listing Guidelines

Vendors must provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading information for every product listed on HixMart. Titles, descriptions, images, and pricing must reflect the actual product delivered to the buyer.

• Use clear titles and descriptions that match the delivered product.
• Upload original, square product images (recommended 800x800, JPG/PNG/WebP).
• Only list products you own or are authorized to resell.
• New listings may require admin approval before becoming publicly visible.

2. Pricing Rules

Vendors set their own prices within the platform's allowed minimum and maximum range. Prices must be fair and must not be manipulated to mislead buyers.

• No artificial "inflated then discounted" pricing.
• All prices are shown in the platform's configured currency.
• The platform commission is deducted from each sale at the rate shown in your vendor dashboard.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in removal and possible suspension:

• Pirated, cracked, or illegally obtained software, accounts, or media.
• Stolen credentials or accounts that violate a third party's terms of service.
• Malware, phishing kits, or any content intended to harm users.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable law.

4. Account Suspension

HixMart may suspend or terminate a vendor account for violations of this policy, repeated buyer complaints, fraudulent activity, or failure to fulfill orders. Depending on severity, suspension may be temporary (pending review) or permanent.

Vendors are notified of the reason for suspension where possible and may be given an opportunity to respond, except in cases of serious fraud or legal violations.

5. Payment Terms

Vendor earnings accrue from completed orders, less the platform commission. Funds may be subject to a clearance/holding period before they become available for withdrawal to protect against refunds and chargebacks.

• Commission is deducted automatically per sale.
• Available balance can be withdrawn once it meets the minimum payout threshold.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the platform.
