Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, you may be eligible for a refund in cases such as:

• The product was never delivered.
• The delivered product is materially different from its description.
• The product is defective or non-functional and cannot be fixed.
• Duplicate or accidental purchase reported promptly.

Refund requests must typically be submitted within the eligible window after purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

Open your order history, locate the relevant order, and submit a refund request with a brief explanation. The request is sent to the vendor and the HixMart team for review.

• Include your order number and the reason for the request.
• Provide any evidence (screenshots, error messages) where relevant.

3. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. The time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take several business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available where:

• The product was delivered and works as described.
• You changed your mind after consuming or downloading the product.
• The refund window has passed.
• There is evidence of refund abuse or fraud.
