1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HixMart ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our related policies, including the Vendor Policy, Buyer Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Marketplace

HixMart is a digital marketplace that connects independent vendors with buyers of digital products, including digital downloads, games, ebooks, courses, and premium accounts. HixMart facilitates transactions but is not the manufacturer of vendor-listed products unless stated.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Vendor accounts may require additional verification and admin approval before selling.

4. Vendors & Buyers

Vendors agree to the Vendor Policy and are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and delivery of their listings. Buyers agree to the Buyer Policy and are responsible for lawful use of purchased products.

5. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Payments are processed through our supported payment providers. HixMart charges a platform commission on vendor sales as shown in the vendor dashboard. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Products remain the property of their respective owners. Buyers receive a limited license as described on each product page and may not resell or redistribute unless explicitly permitted. The HixMart name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Listing or purchasing illegal, pirated, or infringing content.
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, or refund fraud.
• Interfering with platform security or other users.
• Using automated systems to scrape or abuse the platform.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HixMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or products purchased through it.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies, with or without notice depending on severity.
